• Why Fiberglass in Boating?

Why do I bring this up? Fiberglass boat hulls may be one peice and the entire walking surface inside of the boat may be one other peice. Manufacturers may make an entire boat frame out of 2 parts if fiberglass is used, while steel or aluminum or wood would take thousands. This alone makes fiberglass ideal for the production line.

Now, it is important to note that fiberglass will not necessarily be stronger than steel or aluminum when used for this purpose. Fiberglass has more ability to bend than either steel or aluminum, and it will bounce back to its previous shape. However, at higher impact levels, fiberglass may be shattered while steel and aluminum are simply bent and may be hammered back into position.

As a result of these factors, the smaller the boat that is to be produced, the more likely fiberglass will be the best material suited to it.

Individually, a weight of fiberglass is stronger than an equal weight of steel. All the windows in your home, if processed correctly, could be combined to make a variety of fiberglass objects. Many stronger than most metals.

  • What is your lead time for bbq boat?

that depends on different situations. basically we have 3 boats as the temporary stock, in that case 7~14 days taken to get all packed + delivered to the Qingdao Port.

if during such a busy hot sales season, we are afraid that you may wanna wait for like extra 14 days more to get your order confirmed.

based on the experience we suggest that the Autumn might be a better season to place order if you are not in rush. because in the Autumn, you don't need to wait for such a long time, and we can manufacture the boats faster than any other seasons.

plus, we'd like to offer you more discount or equal bonus if you could consider the Autumn purchase.

  • How will the bbq boat be packed?

we have 2 types of the bbq boats. the bigger one with 3.5m diameter will be split into 2 halves and packed together on a steel pallet. the whole packing size is 3.65 x 2.25 x 2.07m.

the smaller one with 2.5m diameter has been formed as one complete hull, and will be packed on a smaller steel pallet. but there are 2 different packing plans as follow,

    Plan-A, packing size: 2.6 x 2.16 x 2.1m, 1 boat per pallet.

    Plan-B, packing size: 2.6 x 2.2 x 2.5m, 2 boat per pallet.
